Messiaen expert Jon Gillock returns to play one of the greatest of all masterpieces of Olivier Messiaen. This epic work takes the listener through an amazing journey of immense power and drama, but also mystery, tenderness, and profound spirituality. It is one of the pillars of late Twentieth-Century music. To hear this work on this French organ with all the timbres Messiaen called for is a unique experience.
