Renewal Directions

• Once you've logged into your account you'll be taken to your account page.

• From your account page under “My Account” you should see “Attention: To pay for Renewals click here”(underlined/circled in red above). Click on “click here” to start your renewal.

• The next page will show you your renewal(s) including the dates/titles of the concerts along with your seat numbers. On the bottom left of that page click the “add to cart” button and you’ll begin the checkout process.

• Review the tickets and pricing and scroll down past “Choose your delivery method” (eTicket has already been chosen for you).

• Click “continue”. At this time you may add a donation to your cart or just scroll down to click “continue” again.

• The next page shows your account and contact information. If this is all correct, scroll down to click “continue”. If you want to change anything you may do so before moving forward.

• Next up are the “Checkout Questions”. Once you have done so, click “continue”.

• Now you should see the payment information screen where you will enter your credit card information. Check the box to accept the terms and conditions and then click “place order”
